Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests and to respect reserved time, the following policies are in place:
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will require rescheduling and a 50% service fee will apply.
